Smart hose timer
Purchased 2 of these timers for front and back yard control for watering the lawn. Applied a splitter to each so the lawn watering schedule can operate independent of other hose needs for general purpose and deck plants. Purchased the Rainbird sprinker head as well to position the water where it was needed on the lawn. Connection to Wifi was smooth . Would recommend this timer !

Great adder to the system
We added this switch to our existing system. It now controls an additional sprinkler system to handle the line up of blue spruce trees on our back patio property line. Great addition as we handle the drought conditions in Colorado.

Great Valves
Really nice Smart Valves, Although I tried to use the Rachio API to pull some data like water usage per valve and detecting water and could not. API connected fine but unable to query the data

Rachio Hose End Timer
Moved from a programmable device to the Rachio which supplements my 16 zone lawn system. Now I have everything on one app making it easier to control my yard watering. Great so far.

Easy to operate and control watering,
The Rachio smart hose end timer works well. The only problem I have had is the battery cover allow water to get to the batteries and it damaged the control beyond repair.

Incredible
I bought two, one for my backyard and one for my front yard, as we were doing a lot of traveling this summer. It’s been exceptionally hot and my plants are thriving. Not having to worry has been such a relief and the weather sensor is phenomenal. I’m so glad I found this.

Rachio is great!
I use the Rachio hose timers and valve to keep our plants happy during the hot dry Florida weather and can control it when I'm home or on the road. They are durable and My first ones have been in serves for 3 years now.

Weather proof enclosure installation
Totally easy. Three screws into the house siding. Done. Had a short piece of extension cord from the previous controller that I ran into the designated enclosed electrical connection compartment and used a common Romex strain relief clamp in the provided entrance hole.

Great Addition to my Home Automation. . . The Rachio Smart Hose Timer
I highly recommend the Rachio Smart Hose Timer. I use it for my overhead automatic watering system for the ferns on my front porch, and it has worked very well. One of my favorite features is being able to control the Smart Hose Timer right from the app. The app also provides helpful information about the watering, which makes it easy to monitor and manage everything. Setup was simple — it connected to my Wi-Fi easily, and the initial setup process was quick and straightforward. Overall, it’s been a convenient and reliable addition to my watering system.

Convenient means of addressing dry spots
This allows me to address dry spots that zoned sprinklers are missing. I'm hoping Rachio will upgrade the app to do more controls such as schedule multiple hose end sprinkler cycles rather than having to go to app for each valve.

It just works
Setup was easy enough, I setup 3 water times per day, I'm trying to grow wildflowers from seed on a rocky slope. They're starting to grow. This gizmo has really helped.

Watering is easy with a smart hose timer
I cannot rave positively enough about the Rachio smart timer. I started with a set up on my greenhouse. Success! Then moved to all the raised bins in the large fenced garden as well as some in the ground flower gardens. They are easy to install and get going. Best of all, when I’m away and see there hot weather at the garden, I can give them an extra drink. I cannot recommend these enough. And the bundles helped me save some dollars. And, the Rachio customer service is excellent. Thanks!

Great timer for my plants
I received my new Rachio timer and it is woking very well. However it keeps on saying that the faucet needs to be turned on as there is no water coming out. There is water coming out.

New house, new Rachio, same great results
We recently moved to Florida, and upgraded our old sprinkler controller to the new Rachio. We also are using hose valves for drip system. We'd used Rachio before, in California, and appreciated the water savings from rain skip, smart watering, and automatically adjusting the watering schedule based on weather. In Florida, being able to detect if the 'zip code rain' watered our area is a game changer. We're not over watering, which is saving us money as well as preventing lawn and garden health issues.

Best Purchase ever
I love this. I use it to control hoses that I have to keep my swimming pool filled to the right level. I have it to a regular schedule but I also can use the af hoc schedule when necessary. I just kept track of the pool while I was 5000 miles away. Thanks for a simple but effective, well designed, well made, affordable, product.
